At Carolina Custom Tub & Shower, we are confident in the quality of our goods and services. To show it, the bathroom remodel comes with an Unlimited Lifetime Transferable Warranty.
This means that if a crisis arises, we will take care of it immediately. Any issues with our goods or services, whether due to content or workmanship flaws, will be addressed.  The warranty period starts when the goods or service is shipped to the original customer. When errors are discovered, warranty terms are violated, or false claims are submitted, we reserve the right to refuse or reverse any and all warranty claims for components, labor, or miscellaneous costs.
